Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients with the high risk of massive hemorrhage such as placenta previa, multiple births, low platelets and placental abruption.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those which cannot be approved by the obstetrician will be excluted. Those which is not suitable for the use of cell caver such as patients with infection will be excluted.
