Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A high school tennis member who participated in the best 8 in the rookie competition in the first year second year of Reiwa.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who do not have written consent to participate in this study. Those who experience pain when performing service motions. Those who do not participate in the practice for some reason.
