Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Consecutive patients with suspected hepatobiliary-pancreatic disorders who undergo trans-papillary ERCP attempts. 2. Patients who are obtained written informed consent to undergo ERCP.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients or patients' family who reject the participation in this study, when the opportunity to opt out of this study participation was also provided.

MeasureTime frame
To verify the usefulness and external validity of this scoring system, we evaluate predictive diagnostic ability using Receiver Operating Characteristic analysis and the area under the curve.
