Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Acute decompensated heart failure patients who are admitted to Nihon University Itabashi Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) those who have difficulty taking oral medication, (2) those who have difficulty obtaining consent from the individual, (3) those who have refused to participate in this research, and (4) others whom the principal investigator judges to be inappropriate as research subjects.
