Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sixth- to eighth-grade students and their parents who participated in the spring training camp organized by Tokyo Itsukaichi Junior Youth team and agreed to participate in this study are eligible.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who decline to participate in this study.
