Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) university students, (2) a total score of ISI was greater than 10 or more (a psychopathological cut-off point for Japanese version of the ISI).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) current or past medical history of mental disorders such as bipolar disorders, schizophrenia spectrum disorders.
