Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with obstructive sleep apnea with initiation of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) use with obese and so on

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with secondary obesity Patients on dialysis Patients with a pacemaker Patients with difficulty of exercise Patients using HOT Patients with dominant CSA and so on

Decreased body weight more than 3% for 6 months after the initiation of the study
