Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients with inflammatory bowel disease (600 cases) or healthy persons (150 persons) who are willing vaccination of COVID-19.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The patients with active COVID-19 2) The patients with inflammatory bowel disease or persons who are not vaccinated. 3) The patients with inflammatory bowel disease or persons who are less than 16 years old.
