Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)with severe aortic valve stenosis(aortic valve area less than 1cm2 and more than peak velocity 4.0m/s) 2)with moderate coronary artery stenosis, 30-70% 3)with over 20 years old 4)with sufficient informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with acute coronary syndrome 2)Patients with chronic kidney disease 3)Pregnant female
