Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) A female university student in Shimane University, Matsue Campus. 2) Underweight (BMI <18.5kg/m2) 3)Who have expressed their consent to the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Who is suspected of anorexia nervosa requiring specialist treatment in the screening test before registration 2)Who has a blood disorder or has taking bleeding drugs (antiplatelet drugs, anticoagulants, etc.). 3)Who has a mental illness. 4)Exercise is prohibited by the physician due to physical illness.
