Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic non-specific low back pain patients with no specific diagnosis and with low back pain for more than 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) those with specific diagnoses, such as disc herniation, spinal stenosis, or compression fracture; 2) those with typical physical dysfunction, such as paralysis or arthropathy; 3) those with pain in areas other than the lower back that interferes with activities of daily living; 4) those who have had previous spinal or hip surgery; 5) those with significant spinal deformities; 6) those with difficulty in understanding the study due to cognitive decline or other reasons

Proprioception in the lumbar region( Fremantle Back Awareness Questionnaire score, the error of the active joint repositioning sense (After 8 weeks of intervention))
