Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are diagnosed with interstitial pneumonia during this study period and (1) newly start Pirfenidone or Nintedanib. or (2) are not treated with antifibrotics.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who refuse to participate in this study. (2) Patient whose clinician considered inappropriate for this study for any other reasons.

Primary

Measure	Time frame
Tricuspid regurgitation pressure gradient (TRPG) in patients treated with or without antifibrotics on the 12th month.	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
Pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR) in patients treated with or without antifibrotics on the 12th month. To identify the risk factors for pulmonary hypertension.	—
