Inclusion criteria: Pfizer Comirnaty Healthcare workers and long-term care workers COVID-19 Moderna Ministry of Defense staff AstraZeneca Vaxzevria Those who received the vaccine to be surveyed Persons over 20 years old who have obtained the written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who the investigator has determined to be inappropriate as the subject of the survey
