Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Males and females whose age is between 40 and 65 years old 2. Subjects who use Japanese as his/her primary language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who 1.have hearing or visual impairment that interferes with daily life 2.are wearing a device that interferes with heart rate measurement (e.g., pacemaker) 3.developed symptoms of arrhythmia within 12 months
