Interventions
Patients treated by standard brace will be evaluated in 8, 12, and 24 weeks.
Patients treated by brace with support pillar will be evaluated in 8, 12, and 24 weeks.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with pain in the thumb carpometacarpal joint with consent to this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with inflammatory arthritis including rheumatoid arthritis. Patients treated by steroid injection in the joint.
