Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The outpatients who received ultrasound-guided interfascial injection for MPS of the upper back

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) were younger than 20 years (2) had any comorbidity relating to psychiatric diseases or conditions that made communication difficult, such as cognitive impairment

The percentage of patients who improved their pain NRS score by 50% or more at 14 days after starting the intervention.
