Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy volunteer 2. Males and females aged between 18 and 29 3. Person who receive adequate explanation for participation in this research and provide written informed consent by their own free will 4. Those who speak Japanese as their mother tongue (because all evaluation tests developed for research are written in Japanese)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A person who participated in the previous "Survey Research 2 of Indicators Relating to the Activity of the Brain Based on Functionality of Food (Taxifolin)" (20R-063) and conducted a test CDB (Cognitive Demand Battery) for brain activity within 3 months before the start of this research 2. Persons with diseases that interfere with this study (color blindness, alcohol hypersensitivity, epileptic abnormalities, etc.) 3. A person whose research director, Professor Yasuhiro Nishizaki, will be the subject manager so as not to affect the evaluation of academic achievement 4. Others who are judged to be inappropriate by the principal investigator or coordinator
