Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject with and not with diabetes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.previous ocular surgery except for laser photocoagulation and intravitreal or subtenon injection 2.active ocular infection or inflammation 3. continuous use of topical ocular medications 4. daily contact lens wearing over a month in the last five years 5. a history of cranial nerve injury 6. ocular or systemic diseases known to affect the tear film 7. use of systemic drugs known to affect the tear film
