Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes who have albuminuria. 2)regular doses of angiotensin receptor blockers for at least 12 weeks 3)blood pressure in Examination room (systolic blood pressure more than 130 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure more than 80 mmHg) 4)HbA1c less than 8.5%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)the use of steroids or anti-inflammatory drugs 2)diabetic ketosis and coma within 3 months before the study 3)severe infection, severe trauma, pre-and post-operation 4)an estimated glomerular filtration rate are within 30mL/min/1.73m2 5)hyperkalemia or serum potassium levels above 5.0 mEq / L 6)malignancy 7)pregnancy 8)Patients who are judged as inappropriate for inclusion by phsicians
