Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years or older who were admitted urgently to the ICU in our hospital from April 1, 2011 to December 31, 2019.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who died in ICU (2) Patients admitted to ICU for bed control (3) Patients whose vital signs were not monitored when they left ICU 3) Patients whose vital signs were not monitored at the time of ICU discharge. 4) Patients who have been re-admitted to ICU more than three times.
