Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) diagnosis of head and neck cancer 2) age 20 year or more 3) receiving chemotherapy at outpatient 4) able to connect internet 5) written informed consent 6) prognosis 3 months or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patient whom physician regard as inappropriate for joining this study 2) unable to QOL questionnaire
