Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adult Expected operation time is 1.5h - 2.5h. The case required throat pack insertion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with anticipated difficult intubation. Patients taking analgesic drugs or steroid before the surgery. Patients with respiratory disease.
