Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People who finished within six months from the start date People with impaired consciousness (JCS30 or above) People who do not agree to evaluation even if consent for research has been obtained from the proxies, mainly due to impaired consciousness or dementia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People who have finished home-visit rehabilitation within six months from the start date.
