Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gastric neoplasms located where clinical experince of endoscopic hand-suturing are lacking in prior studies

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bleeding tendency 2. Liver cirrhosis in Child-Pugh classification B or C 3. Chronic renal failure on dialysis 4. Patients who are judged as contraindication of the study
