Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) a dominant foot is right

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those with a history of mental illness, diabetes, or neurological disease. Those who are taking medications that affect cognitive function (sleeping pills, antidepressants, central nervous system depressants, etc.). Those who have difficulty or are unable to participate in the tasks to be conducted in this study or in the measurements before and after the intervention period.
