Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Modified Hoehn and Yahr scale 2.5-4 (2) inpatient treatment (3) ability to walk independently with or without a walking aid

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) deep brain stimulation surgery (2) dementia (Mini-Mental State Examination score of <24) (3) uncontrolled chronic conditions that would interfere with the safety and conduct of the exercise

MeasureTime frame
The primary efficacy outcome was the intergroup difference in the change in the MDS-UPDRS part III score from baseline to week 1 and week 2.
