Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: CT abnormalities (CT score 1-4), anticoagulant therapy, no contradiction for dexamethasone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dexamethasone intake for prior 6 month, anti-interleukin drugs admission
