Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patient enrolled from institutions participating in this study that wish to participate in university hospitals and regional core facilities nationwide 2 Patients aged 20 years or older 3 Patients undergoing surgical treatment from January 1, 2021, to December 31, 2021 4 Except for diagnostic procedures 5 Include patients who have resulted in exploratory thoracotomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient who declined to participate in the study 2 patient undergoing diagnostic surgery
