Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: above 20 years old trauma patients in ICU can confirm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients can watch patients can hear no face trauma claustrophobia and acrofobia seizure VR sinckness

mortality rate ,vital sign , APACHE2 and SOFA pharmacy ,level of consciousness RASS scale , Visual analog scale the balance between sympathetic nerve with parasympathetic nerve , three month after ICU discharge
