Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients over 20 years of age who have been diagnosed with chronic liver disease in our hospital and present with clinical symptoms (e.g., chest pain, dyspnea, syncope, blood sputum, etc.) that are suspicious of PoPH. (2) Patients diagnosed with portal hypertension who can be followed up in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Cases for which follow-up was not possible at our hospital (2) Any other cases that the researcher deems inappropriate.
