Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: COPD patients who were treated in the Department of Respiratory Medicine and Allergology of Kindai University Hospital and had chest CT scans more than twice

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who had CT scans during admission during an exacerbation
