Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Adult patients in cardiovascular surgery with/without CPB - Normal preoperative cognitive function - Normal renal/liver function - Non-obese patients (body mass index, <35 kg/m2)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with perioperative renal dysfunction with anuria were excluded - Blood samples were not collected correctly
