Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those with a body mass index of 23 kg/m2 or more but less than 40 kg/m2 Those who can install the diet application on their smartphones Office workers who understand the purpose and contents of the study and provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have a history of heart disease or cerebrovascular disease Those who are currently pregnant or desire pregnancy during the study Those who have exhibited significant changes in body weight during the last six months Those whose cohabiting family member participated in this study Those who are judged as unsuitable for the study by the principal investigator for other reasons

Changes in the levels of triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, hemoglobin A1c, and fasting plasma glucose; dietary intake; and physical activity over three months
