Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: aged 20-50 having FHP and pain BMI ranging between 20-25

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of neck and/or shoulder injury or any musculoskeletal or neurological disorders that may have affected the results of the tests, had received physiotherapy in the past six months, were doing regular weekly physical activities, or were professional athletes
