Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Men or women living in Japan aged 20 and over 2. Subjects who regularly visit medical institution to treat chronic pain including cancer pain 3. Subjects who receive regular prescription opioid therapy (oral or patch) 4. Subjects who give approval and answer questionnaires in the Web site
