To construct the Apple Watch healthcare database using data collected while sleeping and at rest and to evaluate the characteristics of heart-related data with a focus on the effects of sleep quality, alcohol, and stress.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Has access to an iPhone (iOS > 14.0) and Apple Watch (watchOS > 7.0) and can download the research application from the App Store (Japan). - Aged >= 20 years (no gender restrictions). - Is a Japanese person who can understand Japanese. - Is capable of wearing an Apple Watch while sleeping and answering questionnaires for seven days. - Is capable of understanding the content of this study and granting his/her consent in the research application.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Is unable to wear an Apple Watch while sleeping. - Is unable to operate the research application. - Has been deemed an inappropriate subject by the research supervisor or office.
