Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients meeting the criteria for septic shock (Sepsis-3) on admission

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (a) pregnant woman (b) HIV infection (c) Malignancies under treatment (d) During chemotherapy or radiation therapy (e) COVID-19 infection (f) Life expectancy at the time of hospitalization is less than three months (g) No request for intensive care
