Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy individuals with no regular resistance exercise habit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals who cannot perform resistance exercise. 2) Individuals who have orthopedic or cardiovascular disease 3) Individuals with whose body mass index is over 30
