Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men and women over 65 years of age who participate in a local gymnastics salon and are able to communicate with each other.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People who have extreme difficulty with gymnastics and other physical activities, and people who are unable to communicate by online
