Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy adult
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Systemic disease:endocrine, immunological, or history of chemotherapy and radiation therapy for head and neck cancer. Those who are on medications that may directly affect dry mouth. Person with saliva less than 1 ml at rest for 10 minutes. Those whose saliva is 2g or less when stimulated by the Saxon test.
