Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults, age group from 30 to 70 years who are clinically diagnosed with T2DM with their baseline HbA1c is greater than 6.5% will be included based on the American Diabetes Association (ADA) and WHO criteria for diagnosis and classification of diabetes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed with type 1 diabetes mellitus 2. Currently pregnant, and 3. Critically ill patients who have no ability to participate in the program.
