Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with cerebral infarction who need quantification of cerebral blood flow Hemodynamic cerebral infarction (transient cerebral ischemic attack, internal carotid artery stenosis, cerebral artery stenosis, etc.) scheduled to undergo revascularization (bypass surgery, carotid endarterectomy, stent placement, etc.) or scheduled to take best medication therapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with an another stroke type other than cerebral infarction. 2. Patients with brain tumor. 3. Patients who are allergic to Iodoamphetamine or acetazolamide. 4. Patients with serious infections. 5. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary function decline. 6. Patients with serious organ complications. 7. Patients who have psychiatric disorders, delirium, restress 8. Pregnant women or women who may be pregnant. 9. Patients who do not get consent.
