Inclusion criteria: Mental and physical health Snoring, sleep apnea, or teeth grinding

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are treated for missing teeth and have dentures or implants. Those who are receiving medication due to psychological disorders Those who have had a difficult experience with acupuncture in the past
