Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Japanese is the native language 2) Patients diagnosed as Possible, probable or definite,probable-laboratory-supported in El Escorial/Airlie House diagnostic criteria 3) At least 5 or more muscle cramps within 1 week 4) Can sign the consent form. 5) Over 20 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Cognitive decline is suspected 2) Before taking part in this validation study , within 4 weeks the patient started taking any of the following drugs including single use, or the doses of drugs were changed, or receiving new lifestyle guidance for the purpose of prevention and treatment. including ingestion Shakuyaku-kanzo-to Baclofen Gabapentin Mexitylene Tizanidine Potassium preparation, magnesium preparation Opioid analgesics Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug Synthetic corticosteroids Epirizone hydrochloride Other drugs that may affect muscle cramps 3)When researchers judge inappropriate
