Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective major non-cardiac surgery Patients who require tracheal intubation and nasogastric tube insertion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of arrythmia or treatment with pacemaker Contraindication of pulse contour cardiac output monitoring
