Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who: - are healthy and have no problems with daily activities -are aged 18 when singing the participation consent form or when attending the exam.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who: -have pain -have probelms with daily activities -are prohibited from exercising by doctor -have history of injuries which prevented the person from exercising over a month
