Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients undergoing elective cardiac valve surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with -emergent surgery -estimated cardiopulmonary bypass time less than 60 minutes -oral anticoagulants(warfarin, direct thrombin inhibitors, factor Xa inhibitors)
