Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Myelopathy or myeloradiculopathy caused by cervical spondylosis or OPLL

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients with malignant tumor or purulent spondylitis The patients with prior surgery history for cervical myelopathy
