Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Infants aged more than 37 gestational age and less than 1 year old at PICU admission 2) Admitted to PICU after heart surgery for congenital heart diseases 3) Those were continued mechanical ventilation in PICU 4) The duration of mechanical ventilation was estimated more than 48 hours 5) Those planed extubation in PICU
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Known neuromuscular diseases 2) Those received mechanical ventilation before the surgery 3) Those with tracheostomy 4) Who were extubated within 48 hours after PICU admission 5) Major anomaly in lower legs 6) Preoperative body weight less than 2500g 7) Those who were diagnosed as diaphragm paralysis, recurrent laryngeal nerve palsy, airway stenosis or laryngomalacia
