Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with neuromuscular diseases such as spinal muscular atrophy and muscular dystrophy, who can take a posture for tapping and sweeping of fingers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with neuromuscular diseases who can not take a posture for tapping and sweeping of fingers

Change of the number of tapping and sweeping movement for 30 second on tablet from the baseline to 6 month after and one year after.	—
